Founded in 2005 by Barry (Baz) Boland, a master glazier with over 30 years of industry experience, our business has grown into a trusted local provider of glass and screen solutions across Jindabyne, Thredbo, Perisher and the wider Snowy Monaro region.

Our story is rooted in craftsmanship and community. Baz’s journey began with an apprenticeship at O’Brien Glass in the late 1980s, followed by years of hands‑on experience across Sydney’s northern beaches. His move to Jindabyne in 1997 reflected a deep love for the alpine environment, and Alpine Windows Glass and Screens was built on the idea that professional excellence can thrive alongside personal passions.

Since joining the team in 2020, Carlo Petrou has become a core organiser within the business, developing an extensive and versatile skill set that allows him to confidently manage and support projects of all sizes. His practical knowledge, problem‑solving approach and commitment to quality makes him an integral part of our day‑to‑day operations and client experience.
