1986 to 1990
Northern beaches after hours glazier for O'Brien Glass 1989 to 1992
I surfed all day, worked all night and saved money for my two passions, skiing & travelling
Moved to Jindabyne in October 1997
Started backcountry skiing in 1998 which deepened my desire to spend time in a mountain environment
Started Alpine Windows Glass and Screens in 2005, a company that encourages our team to follow their passions.
I've been fortunate to have more 'best days of my life" than most and super lucky to have shared those unbelievable days with my wife, Sam, an intelligent, supportive person with plenty of grit and an eye for adventure.

Lachlan (Lachy) McDonald
The Fearless One
Lachy loves new adventures and has no fear whether it's a 134 metre bungy jump with an 8 second free fall,, deep sea fishing or holding a pesky Magpie.! Lachy is up for anything.

His energy translates into the workplace where he has proved to be a reliable and hard-working team member.

Carlo
Petrou (aka Costa)
The Chilled One
Carlo is a committed snowboarder who spent several years as a lifty in Thredbo before getting a real job. He strated his apprenticeship with Alpine Windows Glass and Screens in 202.0.

Carlo has a passion for music and in his spare time is the resident DJ around town. Carlo is a chilled individual who also loves gardening (hence the nickname after Costa Georgiadis)

Samantha Pearce
Not So Silent Partner
In a previous life, Sam worked for NSW Health in strategic planning & project management. A Clinical Neuropsychologist by training she loves the team environment at Alpine Windows Glass and Screens and learning all about the business. Sam is an avid trail runner, backcountry skier and lover of dogs of any kind.
