Barry (Baz) Boland

Founder & Master Glazier

Glazing apprenticeship with O'Brien Glass

1986 to 1990

Northern beaches after hours glazier for O'Brien Glass 1989 to 1992

I surfed all day, worked all night and saved money for my two passions, skiing & travelling

Moved to Jindabyne in October 1997

Started backcountry skiing in 1998 which deepened my desire to spend time in a mountain environment

Started Alpine Windows Glass and Screens in 2005, a company that encourages our team to follow their passions.

I've been fortunate to have more 'best days of my life" than most and super lucky to have shared those unbelievable days with my wife, Sam, an intelligent, supportive person with plenty of grit and an eye for adventure.

Dream big - they'll be the fuel for your fire
